Goats and deer, wild oxen and wild donkeys, ostriches, storks, war horses, and locusts, hawks and eagles… all illustrations of Job’s ignorance and God’s knowledge. What amazing creatures! What strange and wonderful ways! Job 39.

Job’s first response…
Then the LORD said to Job,
Job’s first response is silence. What can he say? If God is so purposeful with His creatures, He must have purpose behind Job and his sufferings.
It makes me want to know the Lord more.
"Now therefore, I pray You, if I have found favor in Your sight, let me know Your ways that I may know You. Exodus 33:30
Make me know Your ways, O LORD; Teach me Your paths. Psalm 25:4
For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," declares the LORD.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways And My thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:8-9
My heart bows in worship. Lord, I want to know You more!
More than anything I would like to encourage you in your walk with God!
